Never Played Post 200 Bingo? Start Here.

What time to arrive, how the night runs, and what to expect if it is your first time.

Bingo at American Legion Post 200 is open to the public — you do not need to be a veteran or a member to play. If it is your first time, the main thing to know is to come early. Regulars arrive well before the first game to get a seat they like and to work out their cards without rushing.

How the Night Runs

Doors open first, then game sales, then the games themselves. The published schedule for each bingo night is listed on that event page, so check the events calendar for the current times before you set out. Between those points there is time to sit down, sort your cards, and talk to people.

First-Timer Tips

  • Arrive early for the best seats — the room fills up.
  • Bring a dauber if you have one, and ask at the counter if you do not.
  • Start with a small number of cards until you find your rhythm.
  • Ask a regular. Bingo crowds are famously willing to explain the pattern to a newcomer.
  • Check the event listing for the current night, times, and any special games.

Bingo proceeds support American Legion Post 200 programs for veterans and young people in the Wallis area. Playing is a genuinely good night out that also does some good.
